Miracle on Leake Street

Home to London’s largest legal graffiti wall, Leake Street Arches is holding a unique Christmas celebration. Arriving to a costumed band of buskers, guests will make their way past graffiti artists at work, to the centre of the tunnel where the they will find Drag Queen, Alexander Luttley, kicking off proceedings by leading a Christmas karaoke session. Following karaoke, guests can then pull up a chair and a blanket to take part in a screening of The Muppet Christmas Carol.

For those who want to dip in and out of screening there are plenty of activities taking place including:

House of Vans, the iconic skateboard brand that has its European HQ at Leake Street, will be running an urban festive grotto and tombola.

Vaults Theatre, renowned for the incredible immersive performances they host throughout the year, will be opening their doors for a behind-the-scenes tour of their magical Sounds & Sorcery set. Outside their entrance, actors and comedians performing at next year’s VAULT festival will be taking to the stage to give us a taste of what they’re working on.

Several workshop's will be taking place- everything from Christmas Wreath making to a mulled wine workshop from Eden Caterers, the Banh Bao Brothers will be serving up a Spring Roll masterclass and you can even attend a graffiti workshop led by local artists..

You'll be covered for food and drink, surrounded by several bar's and restaurant's including the newly opened Mamuska! that will be introducing hearty Polish food (and vodka infused hot drinks!) to guests.

From Muppets and Drag Queens to Graffiti and Glitter; if you’re looking for an alternative (and free!) way to celebrate the festive season in London, this is the event for you.
