Here’s a quick round up of the top things to do.

  • Soak up the festive atmosphere

A stroll along the Queen’s Walk is lovely in itself and great for kids as you wander under the twinkling lights festooned along the riverside. Grab a hot chocolate to keep you warm and be sure to take a walk in front of Southbank Centre where you’ll see Loomin by David Ogle, the brilliantly coloured light sculpture in the trees that bathes the promenade in stunning neon lights.

When the little ones need to run off some steam, stop by Jubilee Gardens underneath the London Eye where you’ll find a large, (and free!) adventure playground. Plus, you’ll also find the South Bank Carousel and numerous street artists to keep you entertained!

  • Christmas Experience at Shrek’s Adventure!

At Shrek’s Adventure! London this Christmas the big green ogre has taken over from Santa to create a festive misadventure the whole family will love. Kids and grown-ups looking for some much-needed yuletide cheer will love stepping into the story and flying on the 4D magical bus all the way to Far Far Away!
