The history of food is written by grandmas, and we think we’ve got one of the best: Madame Bay. Her secret recipes were developed with care, love and a healthy dose of cheekiness – all important ingredients when you’re cooking a banquet for 13 children every day!

Ray, our head chef, co-founder and one half of the Banh Bao Brothers, is Madame Ray’s last student. Together, we will be honouring her legacy, continuing her legend and keeping the flavours alive in London.

Bleeker Street started back in 2012, owner Zan  Kaufman quit his life as a lawyer, moved to London from New York, bought an old van and converted it into a food truck. 

The London street food scene was in its infancy and it was starting to gain attention - Bleeker use rare-breed, pasture-fed beef from small farms in the UK. It is dry-aged, giving it an intense, beefy flavour. In 2014, they won the London Burger Bash with the Bleecker Black - a double cheeseburger with beef black pudding.

Bleeker's simple goal is still the same: commitment to the burger. Come taste them in South Bank!

All of Elephant Juice’s drinks are made fresh on their stall and, where possible, fruit and vegetables are locally sourced using seasonal produce. 

The heart of what Elephant Juice do is simple - fresh juices and smoothies all made onsite - using real ingredients bought daily from traceable and sustainable sources.

Florentine is an all-day dining restaurant and bar minutes from London South Bank’s trendy Lower Marsh and Waterloo, opposite Lambeth North tube station.

Jimmy Garcia is coming back to Southbank Centre for the summer with The BBQ Club.

This expanded split-level, riverside summer eatery features a walk-up BBQ Bar and the BBQ Club rooftop restaurant.

This cool new restaurant and bar - The Wall SE1 - is located within The House of Vans, right by Waterloo Station. In its own words, it has “burst onto the South Bank restaurant scene in a cloud of burger smoke, coffee grounds, blood, sweat and tears”.

Inspired by New York diners and tying in with House of Vans’ “off the wall” spirit, The Wall SE1 serves American style fast food cooked with fresh, quality local produce. Expect a menu comprising of piping hot sweet potato fries that are crispy on the outside and deliciously soft and gooey on the inside with a wickedly smoky chipotle mayo and a selection of burgers including their infamous Pulled Piggy...

In the centre of the Balcony at Waterloo within Waterloo Station, is a classic Benugo shop.
