Bargehouse, the raw, warehouse space forms part of Oxo Tower Wharf - situated across the courtyard from the rest of the building.
The venue was brought back to life in the 1990’s as part of the development of this previously derelict former factory site. Inside, Bargehouse is a vast four storey raw, industrial space.
Today the stripped back, industrial looking building is used for a huge programme of events from exhibitions to immersive theatre. It supports a number of colleges and universities, regularly displaying work by creative graduates, particularly in the summer months. To add to the warehouse's appeal, many of the events are often free to enter.
Just minutes from a range of transport options including Blackfriars and Waterloo stations makes it incredibly easy access as well as being a stone's throw away from a variety of independent cafes and restaurants in the nearby Gabriel's Wharf.
