South Bank in Fashion

January 19th, 2017 | by Jennifer Edwards

South Bank in Fashion

As hosts to one of the world’s most fashionable events, London belongs to an exclusive club. Whereas Paris speaks of elegance and good taste, Milan of tradition and New York of sharp tailoring and clean lines – London leads the fashion stakes when it comes to innovative, edgy and forward-thinking fashion.

London Fashion Week (LFW to the style savvy) has now moved from its home at Somerset House to Brewer Street in the heart of Soho. Spanning two floors of the iconic art deco Brewer Street Car Park, LFW’s new venue will play host to some of the world’s most exciting designer catwalk shows. Although the hub of the action may have moved a little further afield, South Bank’s fashion credentials remain strong - an off-beat, quirky haven for the creative crowd to come mingle and relax, just 15 minutes away by bus or the Bakerloo line.

Check out our top spots in South Bank to go hang out during Fashion Week!

  • House of Vans London

And of course it's been funded by skate-shoe kings, Vans.
