Ichi Sushi & Sashimi Bar is one of London’s most authentic Japanese restaurants, located at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge.

Managed by Head Sushi Chef Okamoto and his team, the restaurant makes fresh, authentic and delicious Japanese sushi and sashimi guaranteed to blow your mind.

Sadayuki Okamoto began his career in 1976 at the age of 21 in Tokyo, moving to London in 1987, where he has worked at Kiku, Mezzo, The Ivy, Buddha Bar and has also worked as speciality Sushi Chef at The Savoy, where he honed his skills in the art of Japanese cuisine.

True sushi aficionados will appreciate the just-caught freshness found in the selection of fish and the outstanding quality of the restaurant’s rice. With its impressive views of Big Ben, you’ll feel transported into an intimate upscale Tokyo sushi bar!

A cool and contemporary in design brings the whole experience together. The restaurant is also ideally located right in the heart of London’s South Bank, within walking distance to the London Eye, Houses of Parliament, National Theatre and Southbank Centre.
