Urban food fortnight

This September, we're pleased to announce that OXO Tower Bar will be participating in Urban Food Fortnight!

This annual event is all about celebrating the fabulous produce being grown, made and cooked right here in London - and we're super excited. Long are the days when Britain was the butt of jokes for our food - now we rise up and celebrate our incredibly exciting and modern food scene, and celebrate all the foodies which are the driving force behind the movement.

There are loads of events and participating restaurants throughout London, and here in South Bank we're pleased to say that OXO Tower will be participating, with the introduction of the OXO Toastie. A British twist on the croque monsieur, it’s packed with scrumptious ingredients from this city we so adore. Better yet, you can pair it with OXO's bespoke Session IPA, brewed at CRATE brewery in Hackney.

This isn’t just any toastie. It’s packed with lamb and bay leaf sausage from Black Hand Food in Hackney and gooey Bermondsey cheese from Neal’s Yard Dairy in Borough Market. All of this is sandwiched between mouth-watering onion bread from The Bread Factory in Hendon.

Come and try OXO Tower's London toastie and OXO IPA for just £12 in the OXO Tower Bar from 8 – 24 September 2017.
