Time for (Afternoon) Tea

Roast dinners, queuing and talking in depth about the weather; there are some things that the British just do better.

And what do the British do best?

Afternoon tea.

Sit back, relax and work your way through OXO's truly British Afternoon Tea experience in the OXO Tower Restaurant. The menu includes Severn & Wye smoked salmon with dill crème fraîche served on black rye bread, mini Yorkshire puddings filled with braised beef and Dorset crab choux buns.

On the sweet side, raspberry and elderflower posset and a strawberry and lemon Verbena tart are sure to offset any cravings. And, of course, afternoon tea wouldn’t be complete without freshly-baked scones served with generous helpings of clotted cream and jam. To compliment these mouth-watering treats, have your choice of home-grown British tea.

All of this is to be enjoyed against the backdrop of St Paul’s. Revel in this most British of British experiences. We’ll put the kettle on.
