De Biarritz Book launch and photographic showcase

Paris-based DPY Editions present De Biarritz Yearbook 2017, a modern-day almanac documenting Europe's West Coast surf scene, culture and people, from the Basque Country all the way to the French landes.

Shining a light on the abundant creativity surrounding surfing and its community, this new chapter is the natural extension to previous DPY editorial installments around European skateboarding (De Paris Yearbook) and the first step in the surfing scene.

Across over 50 intimate photographs selected from the 2017 Yearbook, this exhibition celebrates the local scenes of Hossegor and Biarritz, providing some invaluable insights into the everyday lives of those who partake in this little slice of paradise, including world traveller and Vans euro ripper Sam Partaix.

Get an exclusive first look at the show alongside the London's Surf community on Friday 25th of August from 19:00  on opening night. To RSVP please contact portia@canoeinc.com. Beach vibes are provided by Vans' own Bastien Duverdier aka Kepa who will be taking to the stage for an intimate live set.
